Roasted Potatoes in Chicken Stock by


4 medium sized potatoes (easily serves 3)
2 cups chicken stock
1 tsp garlic powder
salt and pepper to taste
4 tablespoons butter
1 tablespoon dried parsley flakes


Preheat oven to 450 degF
2. wash and chop potatoes into similar sized bites and place into baking pan
3. combine chicken stock, garlic powder, and pepper; pour over potatoes
4. dot potatoes with sliced of butter
5. bake for 25 minutes or until potatoes are soft
6. sprinkle parsley flakes over potatoes and serve
