*VEGAN* *RAW* Oatmeal by

add germinated nuts or raisins for variety


- 2 apples
- 1 banana
- 1 tablespoon golden flax seed
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- purified water


1. Put the flax seeds in the purified water and let sit overnight.

2. The next day, peel the apples and cut them in smaller pieces. Peel the banana and break in parts. Rinse the flax seeds.

3. Put all ingredients in a blender. Add 1/4 cup water, just enough to let the mixture blend well. Blend all ingredients until smooth. You may want to add a little more water if it's too thick.
