Easy Pulled Pork Sammies by
2 lbs pork tenderloin
1/2 cup barbeque sauce (I use Famous Dave's) - divided
1 TBS garlic powder
1 TBS onion powder
Add pork to crock pot with 1/4 cup BBQ sauce on low heat for 4-5 hours, pull apart with two forks, add the rest of the BBQ sauce as well as the spices, cook for additional 2 hours. Serve on roll. I add a little sauce as I serve. Serves 15. Freeze leftovers.
